Industrial axial fan for hot-air circulation, drying systems, furnace ventilation and elevated-temperature process exhaust. Fan selection is based on airflow, pressure, operating temperature, medium condition and actual installation requirements.
GD30 is intended for industrial systems requiring relatively large airflow at comparatively low pressure while handling heated process air. The axial arrangement provides a straight airflow path suitable for integration with ducts, drying systems and thermal process equipment.
The series covers several fan sizes, operating speeds and blade-angle combinations. The same nominal size can therefore cover different airflow and pressure duties. Selection should begin with the actual operating point rather than fan diameter or motor power alone.
Temperature Confirmation
The allowable operating temperature depends on the selected construction, drive arrangement, materials and actual process conditions. Please provide both normal and maximum gas temperature before final selection.

03 / Performance Data
GD30 Reference Performance
Reference data for preliminary model comparison and engineering selection.
Reference performance is for preliminary comparison. Final configuration should be confirmed against actual airflow, pressure, operating temperature and installation conditions.
04 / Application Fit
Where GD30 Fits
Industrial Drying
Drying ovens, production drying lines and heated-air circulation systems.
For replacement projects, send the existing fan nameplate, overall dimensions, inlet and outlet size, motor information, installation photos and any available operating data. Complete original performance information is useful but is not required for the first engineering review.
Reference airflow ranges from approximately 4,800 to 41,000 m³/h across No. 6 to No. 10 configurations.
What is the pressure range?
Reference total pressure ranges from approximately 74 to 324 Pa depending on fan size, speed and blade angle.
What temperature can the GD30 fan handle?
The GD30 fan is designed for elevated-temperature industrial air handling. The allowable operating temperature depends on the fan construction, materials, drive arrangement and actual process conditions. For proper selection, please provide both normal operating temperature and maximum gas temperature, together with the application details.
Can voltage and frequency be supplied for overseas projects?
Motor selection can be reviewed according to destination-market voltage, frequency, phase and project requirements.
Can GD30 be reviewed for an existing fan replacement?
Yes. Existing nameplate data, dimensions, motor information, installation photos and available operating information can be used for the first engineering comparison.
