02 · ENGINEERING SELECTION

Not Sure Which High-Pressure Series Fits the Duty?

This category page is the commercial product matrix. Detailed engineering selection is handled separately so the product family and selection guide do not compete for the same role. Use the selection hub to compare resistance source, airflow, pressure, medium condition and operating point before confirming a model.
03 · APPLICATION PATHS

Common High-Resistance Industrial Systems

Application type identifies the starting direction. The final product still needs to match the required airflow, pressure, system resistance and medium condition.
Forced Draft
Combustion air, furnace air and industrial forced-air systems.
View Application →
Pneumatic Conveying
Higher-pressure airflow for reviewed conveying systems.
View Application →
Dust Collection
High-resistance collector and clean-side extraction systems.
View Application →
High-Temperature Exhaust
Hot process gas and furnace / kiln exhaust duties where temperature and medium conditions require a dedicated selection path.

04 · EXISTING FAN REPLACEMENT

Replacing an Existing High-Pressure Fan?

When the original airflow or pressure is missing, remaining mechanical information can still help reconstruct the likely duty. Do not replace a fan from motor power alone.
Fan nameplate and existing model
Motor power, RPM, voltage and frequency
Inlet and outlet dimensions
Impeller diameter if measurable
Rotation and discharge direction
Existing drawings, photos or performance curve
OPERATING BOUNDARY

High Pressure Does Not Mean Every Difficult Duty

Special medium conditions can require another fan family, material or mechanical construction even when the pressure requirement is high.
Corrosive gas: review corrosion-resistant materials and construction.
Explosion hazard: review required explosion-proof configuration and electrical specification.
High temperature: review boiler, furnace or high-temperature construction.
Abrasive dust: review wear protection and fan position.
Very high-pressure conveying: a different blower or air-source solution may be required.
05 · RFQ
