8-09 High Pressure Centrifugal Fan
8-09 High Pressure Centrifugal Fan is designed for cupola furnace blowing, melting furnace air supply, forging furnace ventilation and industrial gas conveying. It is suitable for non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-viscous gas under demanding pressure conditions.

Product Introduction
The 8-09 high pressure centrifugal fan is mainly used as a matching blower for cupola furnaces with melting capacities of 1t/h, 2t/h, 3t/h, 5t/h and 7t/h. It can also be used for various melting furnaces, forging furnaces and industrial air supply systems with similar performance requirements.
The fan is suitable for conveying air and gas that is non-corrosive, non-self-igniting and free from viscous substances. When used for gas conveying, the medium temperature should not exceed 80℃, and the dust or hard particle content in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m³.

Fan Type and Outlet Direction
The 8-09 fan is a single-inlet centrifugal fan. It can be manufactured in clockwise or counterclockwise rotation according to the installation layout and duct connection direction.
The outlet position is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. Common outlet angles include 0°, 90° and 180°. The rotation direction and outlet angle should be confirmed before production to ensure correct site installation.

The fan structure is designed for stable high-pressure performance and reliable operation under industrial working conditions. Main components include impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, sealing parts and base.
