It is suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-viscous gas, with medium temperature not exceeding 80℃. The fan covers airflow from 1700 to 9039 m³/h and total pressure from 11590 to 21719 Pa according to different models. The 9-12 high pressure centrifugal fan is used when an air system must overcome long duct runs, equipment pressure loss, furnace auxiliary resistance or process air delivery requirements.

Pressure Support for Long Ducts and Process Equipment

The 9-12 series is selected when the challenge is maintaining airflow after the air passes through long ducts, elbows, equipment chambers, dampers or high-resistance process points. It is not a general low-pressure ventilation fan.

This fan is often used for high pressure air supply, process ventilation, furnace auxiliary air delivery and non-corrosive gas conveying. The correct model depends on total pressure and airflow together, not only on the model number.

When the working point is close to the upper pressure range, motor power, fan speed, duct route, safety margin and continuous operation requirement should be checked before confirming the final fan.
