The fan works with negative pressure air ducts and is suitable for return air roadway installation. It adopts two-stage counter-rotating impellers, YBF series flameproof motors, anti-spark material matching and noise reduction structure for safer underground operation.

Built for Extractive Ventilation in Gas-Bearing Coal Mine Roadways
FBCD Series is different from ordinary press-in local ventilation fans. It is used for extractive ventilation and is normally installed in the return air roadway together with negative pressure air ducts. The fan is suitable for underground coal mine environments where methane and explosive gas conditions must be considered.
The fan can be used in large and small roadway excavation sections. The conveyed medium may contain methane and explosive gas under approved operating conditions, and the dust content in the medium should not exceed 200 mg/m³.
Recommended operating environment: gas temperature -20°C to +40°C, relative humidity not more than 95% at 25°C, and altitude not exceeding 1000 m. Final use must follow local coal mine safety rules and project approval requirements.
Why Two-Stage Counter-Rotating Design Is Used
