JK / DJK Series Mine Local Ventilation Fan is designed for mine roadway excavation, stope ventilation, power scraper roadway air supply, tunnel construction and underground engineering projects requiring duct air delivery. The series includes JK40, JK55, JK56, JK58, JK67 and DJK50 models, with compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, flexible movement and air delivery distance from 80 m to 600 m. It can be used for local ventilation, auxiliary ventilation and underground construction air supply where a lightweight and practical ventilation fan is required.
Lightweight Local Ventilation for Mine Roadways and Tunnel Construction
JK / DJK Series Mine Local Ventilation Fan
JK / DJK Series Mine Local Ventilation Fan is designed for mine roadway excavation, stope ventilation, power scraper roadway air supply, tunnel construction and underground engineering projects requiring duct air delivery.
Compared with heavy main mine fans or coal mine explosion-proof local fans, this series focuses on compact structure, flexible movement, low noise and practical local air supply over different roadway distances.

Designed for Local Air Supply, Not Main Mine Ventilation
JK / DJK Series is used for local ventilation in mine roadways, tunneling faces and underground construction areas. Its main task is to deliver air through ducts to specific working zones, rather than serving as a large fixed main ventilation station.
This makes the series suitable for projects where the fan needs to be moved, adjusted or matched with different duct lengths during excavation progress. The equipment is compact, lightweight and easier to arrange in narrow underground working conditions.
For projects requiring coal mine explosion-proof press-in ventilation, FBD series should be checked separately. For extractive ventilation with negative pressure ducts, FBCD series is more suitable.
Typical Working Areas
ROADWAY
Mine Roadway Excavation
Used for local air supply in mine roadway excavation and advancing underground working sections.
STOPE
Stope Air Guidance
Suitable for stope ventilation and power scraper roadway air induction where local air movement is needed.
SUBLEVEL
Sublevel Mining Access
Can be used for access roadway ventilation in sublevel mining and other auxiliary underground air supply points.
TUNNEL
Tunnel Construction
Applicable to tunnel and underground engineering projects requiring duct-based air supply.
How to Choose JK or DJK Series
Selection Item
What to Check
Selection Meaning
Duct Diameter
300–800 mm minimum duct diameter
Fan size should match the duct system and required airflow.
Air Delivery Distance
80–600 m according to model
Longer duct distance usually requires higher pressure capability.
Model Structure
JK single-stage / DJK counter-rotating type
DJK is considered when higher pressure and larger duct resistance are involved.
Noise Requirement
Low-noise design; silencer optional
A silencer can be considered when underground noise control is important.
Performance Parameters
The following table is arranged according to the provided JK / DJK series local ventilation fan data. Final model selection should consider duct diameter, delivery distance, airflow requirement, pressure loss and installation space.
