FBCZ Series Explosion-Proof Extractive Axial Flow Main Fan is designed for the main ventilation systems of small and medium-sized coal mines. It features direct motor-impeller connection, enclosed motor protection, reversible airflow, adjustable blade angle and stable operation under different mine ventilation network resistance conditions.

Product Introduction

The FBCZ Series fan, formerly known as BK54 and BK55 Series, is developed according to the ventilation network parameters of small and medium-sized coal mines. It is mainly used as a dedicated main fan for coal mine ventilation systems where explosion-proof performance, stable exhaust airflow and reliable long-term operation are required.

Compared with traditional belt-driven or long-shaft mine axial fans, this series adopts a direct connection structure between the motor and impeller. The simplified transmission arrangement helps reduce mechanical complexity, improve maintenance convenience and support stable operation in demanding underground ventilation projects.

Structural Features

Direct Drive Structure

The motor and impeller are directly connected, avoiding the complex belt drive or long-shaft transmission structure. This design supports easier inspection, simpler maintenance and more reliable operation for coal mine main ventilation.

Enclosed Motor Protection

A fully enclosed cooling cover and air pressure balance pipe are installed outside the motor, helping the motor operate in non-gas airflow and meet the working requirements of coal mine explosion-proof ventilation systems.

Single-Stage Impeller

The fan uses a single-stage working wheel structure. Rear guide vanes are arranged between the fan and diffuser to improve static pressure efficiency and organize airflow more effectively.

Reversible Airflow

The fan can reverse airflow by reverse rotation. Reverse airflow can reach about 65%–85% of normal airflow, reducing the need for a separate reversing air duct and helping save civil construction investment.

Adjustable Blade Angle

The impeller blade installation angle can be adjusted according to production and ventilation requirements, making the fan more adaptable to different mine operating conditions.

Stable Performance Curve

The fan is designed with a stable performance curve without a hump zone, allowing stable operation under different mine ventilation network resistance conditions.
