The T40 axial flow fan is designed for general ventilation and air exchange in factories, warehouses, offices and residential buildings. It can also support heat dissipation and long duct ventilation where additional airflow and pressure are required.
The series covers No.2.5 to No.10 with a four-blade impeller and five blade-angle settings from 15° to 35°. Maximum conveyed-medium temperature is 45°C.

Four-Blade Axial Fan with Five Blade-Angle Settings
The T40 series uses a four-blade axial impeller. Blade-angle settings of 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35° provide multiple operating points within the same fan size.
Different fan sizes use 2900, 1450 or 960 r/min operating speeds according to the original performance data. Selection should be based on the required airflow and total pressure rather than fan diameter alone.
T40 Performance by Fan Size
The ranges below combine the listed blade-angle and speed conditions in the original T40 performance tables.
No.10 Performance at 960 r/min
The No.10 data clearly shows how increasing blade angle changes airflow, pressure and motor requirement.

Free-Air or Duct Ventilation Installation
Typical T40 Ventilation Applications
Factories
General workshop ventilation and air exchange.
Warehouses
Air circulation and ventilation in storage buildings.
Offices & Buildings
General building ventilation where a conventional axial fan is suitable.
Heat Dissipation
Air movement to support general heat dissipation.
Exhaust Ducts
Longer exhaust ducts requiring axial airflow and additional system pressure.
What to Send for T40 Fan Selection
A fan should not be selected only from duct diameter. Send the required duty point and installation conditions so the fan size, speed and blade angle can be checked together.
Required total pressure (Pa)
Duct or free-air installation
Conveyed medium and temperature
Power supply voltage / frequency / phase
Installation space or existing fan dimensions
Quantity and destination country
T40 Axial Flow Fan FAQ
What is the airflow range of the T40 axial flow fan?
Across the No.2.5–10 series and listed operating conditions, airflow ranges from 565 to 48,200 m³/h.
How many blades does the T40 fan use?
The original T40 performance data is based on a four-blade impeller.
Which blade angles are available?
The performance tables list 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35° blade-angle settings.
What is the maximum gas temperature?
The standard conveyed-medium temperature should not exceed 45°C.
Can the T40 fan be installed in a duct?
Yes. The original product description allows use in exhaust duct systems and also describes interval series installation in longer ducts when additional duct pressure is required.
Can QIYUE FAN supply motors for different voltages and frequencies?
Motor configuration can be reviewed according to the project power supply. Send the required voltage, frequency and phase with the RFQ.
