GY5-51 Boiler Centrifugal Forced Draft and Induced Draft Fan is designed for steam boiler forced draft and induced draft systems in thermal power plants. It is suitable for 2t/h to 670t/h boilers and can also meet the high-pressure performance requirements of fluidized bed boiler ventilation systems.

Product Introduction

The GY5-51 series is mainly used in forced draft and induced draft systems of steam boilers in thermal power plants. It is suitable for boiler systems from 2t/h to 670t/h and can also be used where fluidized bed boilers require higher pressure head performance.

In this series, the forced draft fan conveys air, while the induced draft fan conveys flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. When the impurity concentration is below 200 mg/m³, the fan can support more stable long-term service. The working temperature should not exceed 250°C.

D Type Coupling Drive

The fan adopts D type transmission with a cantilever structure. The motor and fan are connected through an elastic coupling for stable operation.

Left or Right Rotation

Each fan can be configured for left-hand or right-hand rotation. Outlet angle can be selected according to project duct layout and installation direction.

Multi-Condition Application

Besides boiler systems, the series can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation and general ventilation when working conditions are suitable.

In the GY5-51 series, "G" generally represents the boiler forced draft fan, while "Y" represents the boiler induced draft fan. The fan outlet position is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing, and the fan can be supplied with left-hand or right-hand rotation according to site layout.
