Y5-48 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan for industrial boiler flue gas exhaust, smoke removal systems, dust removal equipment and boiler induced draft applications. Suitable for 1–20t/h industrial boiler systems under confirmed gas temperature and dust content conditions. Model selection can be reviewed according to boiler capacity, airflow, pressure, gas temperature, dust content, motor power and installation direction.
Y5-48 Boiler Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan is designed for industrial boiler systems using different fuels and equipped with smoke removal and dust collection devices. It is mainly used to support stable flue gas exhaust in boiler environmental treatment systems.
This series focuses on the exhaust section after combustion and dust treatment. It is suitable for boiler smoke discharge, dust collector draft support, furnace exhaust and standard industrial flue gas handling applications.

Designed for Boiler Smoke Treatment Systems
Y5-48 is different from a general boiler room fan. Its typical working position is connected with smoke removal, dust collection and flue gas discharge equipment. In actual projects, the fan must overcome not only duct resistance, but also the resistance created by the dust collector, damper and chimney connection.
The fan is suitable for industrial boiler exhaust systems where the customer needs a stable induced draft fan to keep flue gas moving through the environmental treatment line. Before selection, the dust collector type, gas temperature, smoke volume and system resistance should be confirmed together.
If the boiler exhaust line includes a cyclone collector, bag filter, wet dust collector or long flue duct, please provide the resistance value or layout information. This helps avoid insufficient draft after installation.
Typical Selection Situations
01
Smoke Removal System
Used when boiler smoke must pass through treatment equipment before discharge.
02
Dust Collector Draft
Helps compensate pressure loss caused by dust collection devices and flue gas treatment equipment.
03
Industrial Boiler Exhaust
Suitable for boiler exhaust systems that require continuous flue gas discharge and stable negative pressure.
04
Environmental Retrofit
Can be selected when old boiler exhaust lines are upgraded with smoke and dust treatment devices.
