The Y5-47 boiler induced draft fan is used for standard industrial boiler flue-gas exhaust, smoke discharge and negative-pressure support after dust-removal equipment.

It is commonly reviewed for 1–20 t/h industrial boilers under confirmed inlet conditions. Normal working temperature should not exceed 250°C, and efficiency can reach 90.5% at suitable operating points.

Final selection should include boiler capacity, airflow, total pressure, collector resistance, gas temperature, dust condition, outlet angle and rotation direction.

Y5-47 is positioned for standard boiler induced-draft duty rather than extreme kiln exhaust or very large boiler systems. It is commonly used where stable flue-gas extraction, negative-pressure support and practical daily operation are required.

The fan is suitable for industrial boilers burning different coal types and equipped with smoke-removal or dust-collection devices. The resistance of the treatment equipment, flue duct and chimney route should be included when total pressure is confirmed.
