Y8-39 / Y9-38 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan for industrial boiler flue gas exhaust, smoke extraction, dust removal systems and boiler induced draft applications. Suitable for 0.5–35t/h industrial boiler systems under confirmed gas temperature and dust content conditions. Model selection can be reviewed according to airflow, pressure, gas temperature, dust content, motor power and installation direction.
Y8-39 and Y9-38 boiler induced draft fans are designed for industrial boilers, kilns, furnaces and high-temperature exhaust systems. They are suitable for 0.5–35 ton industrial boiler applications and high-resistance flue gas draft conditions.
Standard temperature resistance is 250°C. For special working conditions, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant versions can be customized, including acid and alkali resistant configurations and high-temperature service up to 1150°C according to actual project requirements.

Built for Kiln, Furnace and High-Resistance Exhaust Systems
Y8-39 and Y9-38 are mainly selected when the exhaust system has higher resistance. The resistance may come from the furnace body, long flue duct, multiple elbows, dust collector, damper, chimney connection or high-temperature gas passage.
The complete fan unit can be supplied with motor, integrated base, water-cooled transmission group and manual air regulating damper. For special gas conditions, material and structure should be confirmed according to temperature, dust content, acid-alkali components and corrosion risk.
Y8-39 and Y9-38 should be selected after checking system resistance, flue gas temperature, dust condition and required motor power. The fan is not only matched by airflow; pressure reserve and working medium are equally important.

Used when the exhaust system requires higher pressure due to duct length, collector resistance or furnace resistance.
